A real wedding like no other. Rissa Mananquil and Paolo Trillo’s wedding has to be one of 2011’s best surprises for me, as Tony Toni of radio show Boy’s Night Out quipped ‘it’s a wedding you’d surely like to be invited to.’ A celebration that converged Manila’s fashion, media, and political elite, it’s hard to comprehend that the foundation of the magnanimity of this event, as Rissa and Paolo made it clear to me right from the start, is the idea of elegant minimalism and romantic simplicity.
